For services rendered (provided):
- All sales are final (some exceptions may apply at the discretion of Foundations Holistic Center).
For services that have not been rendered (provided):
- Returns will be prorated based on services provided. Please note: not all services provided are of equal value.
- Return will be provided back to the customers credit card that was used upon purchase.
For items purchased on our website:
- You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
For items eligible for a refund:
- Contact Foundations Holistic Center via email jennifer@foundationsholisticcenter.com to initiate your return.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is unused, properly packaged with all components of the item purchased and include packaging to receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued once Foundations Holistic Center receives the item returned without damage to the item.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on items that are purchased and/or returned.
